Inspired by growing up in a family of doers and shakers, Joe Olivieri was drawn to be an Architect from a very early age. Starting out his career in the field carrying wood for a framer at 14 and then developing his drafting skills at an Architecture firm starting at 16 and following through with 25 years working for many different Architects, he has had the time to experience all aspects of the Architectural world. He went to New York Institute of Technology for a 5 year degree in design and was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity.
Joe held off on getting his license until the age of 40, but finally after conquering his fear of hard tests, he passed all 6 Architect tests without fail, and got his license. He started his own firm in 2025. Joe Olivieri Architect P.C. was formed out of necessity to allow him to expand his reach and offer his fullest potential to clients across the world.
Being a father to three boys and now building a legacy for the future, Joe is driven to excellence in customer service, creative timeless solutions and efficiency. He takes a one job at a time approach and is honest and straight forward with his clients giving them clear direction and accessing risk appropriately.
We believe that architects should approach their work with the same responsibility and precision that doctors show when treating their patients. Just as we trust doctors to be absolutely correct—because lives depend on it—our clients should trust us with the same confidence. After all, they are likely making one of the biggest financial investments of their lives. Every time a client comes to us, they’re working on their dream home—whether it’s the first, second, or even third time.
